Petra Group acquired Food Truck NSW Ltd in 2016 in order to increase their share market in the food van manufacturing & selling segment. Additionally, the company increase their presence into the hospitality fit out segment with services such as butcher fit out design and coffee van for sale.

Fit out

Petra Group has their own architect, project manager and supplies coordinator to look after each single project.  The company has not a non-asset Goodwill of over $5M, mainly due to their loyalty program and digital marketing. Recently the company worked out a deal with AVA Fitouts to improve their production capacity and follow up the increase in customer acquisition and projects for restaurant fitouts in Sydney.
